Home Tuition
Private lessons in your own home. We bring everything required; you need only provide a quiet space to work. Online sessions are available if preferred.
Built Around Your Child
Nothing off the shelf. Every lesson is designed around how your child learns, with pace, method and materials tailored to them.
Progress Kept In View
Clear, considered updates on your child's progress and what we are working towards, so you always know where things stand.
Homework and Resources
Sessions run after school or on weekends and are arranged around your child. Both length and frequency are flexible: a single focused hour or longer, once a week or two to three times when more support is needed, or as exams approach.
Bespoke homework and practice materials provided after each lesson, so learning continues between sessions. Everything is tailored to your child and pitched to consolidate, never to overwhelm.
Session Flexibility
Fees
Tuition starts at £130 an hour. The exact fee depends on your child's needs and the length and frequency of sessions, and is confirmed at the initial consultation.
Initial Consultation
A relaxed conversation to understand your child, how their learning has gone so far, and what you are hoping for. The consultation will take place via Zoom or phone call.
Free, and with no obligation.
Trial session
A first one to one lesson with your child, to get a feel for how they learn and where their strengths and gaps are, and they get to see that maths can feel different. A low-pressure way for everyone to decide if it is the right fit.
A tailored plan
From that first session we put together an approach made for your child: what we focus on, how it’s taught to suit them, and the goals we are working towards. This plan will be shared with you.
Sessions Commence
A minimum of weekly lessons that rebuild the relationship with the subject first, and the results alongside it. Pace, method and materials flex as we go, and confidence tends to return before the grades do.
